The horse appears to be dark brown, so that would/might narrow it down to Roman Line, Admiral's Voyage, or Lee Town.

There's a high probability that it's Roman Line because the man in the suit and hat is his owner, T. Allie Grissom. Of course, the possibility exists that Mr. Grissom was looking at someone else's horse.
