Who am I? I'm a four-star general who attended the 1947 Kentucky Derby

It could be GEN Jonathan M. Wainwright, US Military Academy Class of 1906. He surrendered the US Forces in the Phillipenes to the Japanese and was a POW for the remainde rof the war.

I just looked online and found an illustration of General Wainwright, then a photo. It's a match. Thank you so much, Douglas, for your help. I shall mark the negative sleeve accordingly. Thanks again!
